11. Commission-Based Services

Welcome Broker operates on a commission basis. Our role is to facilitate connections between buyers and suppliers. Specific refund and cancellation terms may vary based on agreements with individual suppliers.

22. Order Cancellation

Order cancellations must be requested before the order is dispatched. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing via email or phone. Cancellation may not be possible once the order has been processed by the supplier.

33. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in cases of product defects, quality issues, or failure to deliver as per agreed specifications. All refund requests must be accompanied by supporting documentation and evidence.

44. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that transaction fees may not be refundable.

55. Quality Disputes

Quality disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Products must be inspected upon delivery, and any discrepancies should be documented with photographs and reported immediately.

66. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
